XO Lashes by Nichelle offers an appointment-only booking.
~ Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice for any reschedule or cancellation of appointments.
~ Not showing up for your scheduled appointment or not giving 48 hrs notice will result in a cancellation fee of $40 of the service charge.
~Payment can be made via Cash or Venmo or Credit Card (**There will be a surcharge of $5 if payment is made via Credit Card)
~Please be considerate of other clients' scheduled appointments and arrive on time for your appointment.
~ As a courtesy to our clients, XO Lashes Nichelle may offers appointment reminders through text, email and/or phone. We will collect your contact info at the time of booking your appointment.
~We will send you a confirmation reminder of your appointment 12-24 hrs prior to your appointment. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments and fulfill your appointment.
PLEASE NO CHILDREN:
We respectfully request NO children under 12 while you are receiving service...This is to ensure that your lash artist can concentrate 100% on you and your Lash Extension.

Appointments:
All services are held on an appointment-only basis. *We charge a specific service fee for an allotted time and service.
How full your lashes will look at the end of your appointment will be affected by how many lashes you have when you arrive for your appointment. Please, keep this in mind when determining how long to wait to schedule your refills, as we recommend all our clients to return every 2-3 weeks (sometimes sooner depending on how fast your natural lashes grow and how well you maintain them in between fills)
*If you have been rough on your lashes in between fills and have lost more than normal, additional time may be needed.
If you are a new client who currently has eyelash extensions applied by another facility, please make an appointment as "New Client Fills"*, cost and time will be determined when you arrive.
* Pricing will depend on the remaining lashes. Fill should have at minimum 50% of lash remaining, otherwise, It may consider as A FULL SET.
Arriving at your appointment:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment is highly recommend. This allows for you to start to relax, and visit the restroom. Arriving late to appointments requires your lash artist to shorten your appointment time, so clients following you are not held up. Full fees may apply, therefore, it is beneficial to be on time. Unfortunately, additional time can not be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment.
Mobile Phones:
We request that all mobile phones are switched off or to silent mode whilst you visit. We want your time to be relaxing, away from your busy day, and to not interfere with your lash artist. All guests at XO Lashes by Nichelle want to be able to relax and have a relaxing visit, phone calls can be very disruptive. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Any reactions to eyelash extensions is not foreseeable by XO Lashes by Nichelle skilled & trained staff. All care is taken to ensure your safety. We will go over your intake form with you and any contraindications, such as allergies. No refunds will be issued for reactions, however, XO Lashes by Nichelle will offer a Free Lash Removal should this unfortunate event occur. We kindly ask that you contact us immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation so we may assist you as quickly as possible.
